Volunteering Application-DEAN Foundation
We are delighted that you or your organization would like to learn more about becoming a DEAN Foundation Volunteer. Requirements, training and educational history for each volunteer position vary depending on the volunteer job desired. Please complete the following application process.
Those Volunteers who will have direct contact with patients and families are prepared for their role through training conducted by hospice staff and experienced volunteers. Other volunteer roles require less formal training, but every volunteer receives a thorough orientation to our various services, facilities and programmes.

After the application is received and all references are verified, a member of the Volunteer Department will contact the applicant to schedule an interview. Alternatively, you will be contacted by a representative from our organization.
A personal interview with the applicant is conducted by a member of the Volunteer Services
